1. Service Agreement
By requesting services from Dependable Broomfield Plumbers, you agree to the terms outlined here. We provide plumbing services including repairs, installations, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties.

2. Appointments and Scheduling
All service requests are subject to availability. We strive to meet scheduled appointments but cannot guarantee exact times for emergency calls.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are provided upfront. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments.

4. Service Warranty
We guarantee workmanship for all services provided. Parts and materials may carry separate manufacturer warranties. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors beyond our control.

5. Liability
Dependable Broomfield Plumbers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services. Our team will take reasonable precautions to avoid property damage.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Emergency service cancellations are subject to review and may incur a fee.

7. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide safe access to plumbing systems and notify our team of any pre-existing issues. Any unsafe conditions may delay service until resolved.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
